Pricing and Payments
How our pricing works
Every home and workplace is different, so we price each job individually and give you a written quote before you commit. Quotes are free, carry no obligation, are in pounds sterling (GBP), and state the total price you will pay. We are not currently VAT registered, so no VAT is added. There are no hidden fees: any extra you ask for is agreed with you before we do it.
Guide prices (GBP)
These are starting prices to help you budget. Your written quote confirms the exact price for your property before you commit. All prices are in pounds sterling (GBP) and include our cleaning products and equipment. We are not currently VAT registered, so no VAT is added and the price on your quote is the total you pay.

Larger properties, heavy soiling, difficult access and extras (for example inside the oven, fridge, blinds or carpets) are quoted individually.
What affects the price
- The type of service (home, end of tenancy, deep, commercial, window, or sofa and carpet cleaning)
- Size and layout of the property (rooms, bathrooms, windows, floor area)
- Condition of the property and any extras such as inside the oven, fridge or cupboards, blinds, or carpet cleaning
- How often you need us (one-off or regular visits)
- Access, parking and timing requirements

Payment methods and timing
- Bank transfer to the account details shown on your invoice.
- Card payment through a secure payment link provided by our payment provider, Stripe. Your card details are entered on Stripe’s secure page and are not stored by us.
Payment is normally due on completion of the work. For larger jobs we may ask for a deposit, and commercial customers may be invoiced on agreed terms. Your quote will state exactly what is due and when. We provide a receipt or invoice for every payment.
Service delivery
- Area: Leicester and the surrounding area. Tell us your postcode and we will confirm.
- Timing: we agree a date and arrival window with you when you accept your quote. Services are delivered in person at your property by our cleaners; nothing is shipped.
- Hours: Monday to Saturday, 8:00 to 18:00; out-of-hours commercial cleaning by arrangement.
Secure payments
This website uses HTTPS encryption. Card payments are processed by Stripe, which is certified to PCI DSS Service Provider Level 1, the highest level of payment card security. Card details are entered on Stripe’s own secure page, never on this website, and we never see or store your full card number. Accepted cards depend on the payment link we send you, normally including Visa and Mastercard debit and credit cards. Your card statement will show “CLEANPROS” or a similar descriptor. If you do not recognise a payment, contact us first on 07769 053889 or support@cleanpros.uk and we will sort it out quickly.
Promotions and discounts
If we offer a promotion or discount, its conditions are stated in the offer itself and in your quote. Unless stated otherwise, offers cannot be combined and apply to new bookings only.
Restrictions
We provide services only at properties in Leicester and the surrounding area of the United Kingdom, and only to customers aged 18 or over. We do not supply goods, and nothing is shipped or exported. We do not provide services where we could not do so safely or lawfully, for example in unsafe premises or where we are asked to handle hazardous waste, biohazards or specialist asbestos or fire-damage remediation.
